Shipping is 4 €  for purchases under  50 €, while for purchases over  50 € shipping is Free for all of Greece.

Pay on delivery is 2 €

CYPRUS

Shipping is 17 € 

For the rest of the countries the shipping amount will be automatically configured by our system.

SHIPPING CHANGES ACCORDING TO THE COUNTRY OF SHIPMENT

The delivery days are from Monday to Friday and from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm for Greece and the 27 countries of the European Union, and the delivery will take place within 5-10 working days. Our online store gives you the opportunity to return and replace the products you bought due to your non-physical presence during the purchase.

The return must be made within 10 working days from the day of receipt of your order. Returns are NOT accepted in the following cases: No change is made or products for which a message or logo has been engraved are not accepted for return.

The products on offer or those available at a discount are not returned and no changes are made to them. No changes are made with discounted products.

No changes are made to products that have been purchased without a discount with products that are at a discount.

If you want to change a product you bought at a pre-discount price with a discounted product, the change can only be made at the pre-discount price of the product you want.

Any difference will be charged as cash on delivery upon delivery of the product.

No changes are made to products that have been used and are not in the original state in which they were received.

Product returns are accepted when the following rules are followed:

The items and their packages must be in the condition in which they were received by the customer.

The product (s) must be intact (s) and not used.

The products to be returned must be in the condition received by the customer, in excellent condition with their complete, original, individual packaging, without damage.

The product (s) must be followed by all accompanying documents (receipt of retail sale, Delivery Note-Invoice, etc). In case you wish the return of the items you received you should send us an e-mail at info@utopiasandals.com describing the return request and you will receive our response.

Return must be made within 10 working days from the day of receipt of your order. Beyond this period, circe.com.gr may not accept any return to replace the transaction. The date of timely return is considered only the one indicated on the receipt of the courier company. All return costs are borne by the customer.
